About the Project

For BNP Paribas Fortis, Wonderland Office handled the implementation of a fully integrated digital application for the office platform of Credit Brokers, as part of the merger between Demetris and Krefima.

This application supports the complete workflow of mortgage lending: from broker to customer, including collaboration with notaries and major credit providers in the market. The project required deep integration of processes, document flows, and user interfaces, tailored to the needs of both front and back office.

The assignment included:

• Design and implementation of a digital workflow for credit files

• Integration with the existing systems of Demetris and Krefima

• Centralized document setup for brokers, notaries, and credit managers

• User-friendly tools for credit application, tracking, and approval

Impact

The new digital environment enabled more efficient operations and streamlined collaboration among the various entities within Credit Brokers. Thanks to the central application, there is less manual work, increased transparency in the credit process, and better coordination among involved parties.

This implementation demonstrates the added value of Wonderland Office in complex digital transformation projects within regulated sectors such as banking.
